Bus Details
• Rates - we have negotiated a rate of $175 per hour with a fuel surcharge ($105) which will make all 6 hour (typical timing) fares from Dallas/Fort Worth the same rate as 2022 - $1,155.
o Please note that any time outside of the 6 hours will incur additional charges (examples: leaving later than anticipated, longer loading/unloading times).
o
Camps with campers from cities outside of Dallas/Fort Worth or if you have needs outside of a 56 passenger coach bus should contact Bre directly for reservation rate questions.
• Cancellation – for the past several years we have been fortunate to have a sweetheart deal regarding cancellation (basically no cancellation policy or deposits). Our vendor can no longer extend this level of cancellation, but we have still been able to negotiate more favorable terms.
o Please look closely at your needs and book what you feel accurately represents your camp’s numbers, as each bus reserved, and subsequently cancelled within 6 weeks of schedule date will likely incur a cost of 50% of the trip costs.
